The information you provide to us - registration details, search requests, payments - are only used for the purpose of processing your search requests, and are not provided to any other parties (except if required by law). Once you login, the information you transmit to the auspropertysearch server is encrypted (some information may be sent to you unencrypted in email, however).
Current and past searches are only available under your login (or to a coordinator within your organisation), and administrative access is restricted to auspropertysearch staff.
